| may
not cause any problem initially but, if left, can be
painful.
Treatment
involves removing the inflamed or infected tooth, carefully
cleaning and shaping the inside of the tooth, then filling
and sealing the space. Afterwards you should return
to your general dentist who will place a filling, crown
or inlay on the tooth to protect it and return it to
full use.
We
are lucky enough to have Ian Sugden, a dentist with
special interest in Endodontics, at the practice. The
benefit to you is that the treatment is completed within
the practice, working closely with your general dentist.
The work is done quickly and efficiently, getting you
out of pain as soon as possible.
Ian
also accepts referrals from dentists outside the practice.
