Practice Limited to Endodontics

After qualifying from Sheffield University in 1980 Ian has worked in both general and specialist dentistry. During this time he has also achieved his MGDS qualification.

Whilst working in general dentistry, Ian developed an interest in endodontics and has dedicated his career to it since. Ian has undertaken further education to enhance his knowledge and skills.

Ian has also spent some time lecturing postgraduates and undergraduates at London Teaching Hospital. During this time Ian also treated referral patients from general practice. Ian’s teaching has also led him to work as a clinical teaching assistant at Newcastle and Manchester University.

After briefly emigrating to Australia and running his own referral service for endodontic treatments, Ian returned and started working with Carisbrook Dental.

Ian uses up-to-date treatments and visits lectures and events to expand his knowledge.
Ian carries out referrals for many treatments including, root canal therapy and perforation repairs. Once treatment is complete patients will return to their referring practitioners, unless stated otherwise.
