Caring for Middleton patients since 1956
We have been looking after patients from across north Manchester since 1956, and Middleton and Alkrington are within easy reach. Many Middleton patients first come to us through a referral from their own dentist for implants, orthodontics or oral surgery, and then choose to stay for their everyday care too. Middleton sits in the Rochdale borough, where, as in much of Greater Manchester, many people find it hard to get a dental appointment quickly. As a private practice, we can usually see new patients without a long wait, and our GDC-registered specialists mean complex treatment can often be done here rather than in hospital.
For patients who are nervous, the journey can be part of the reason to choose us. We are an Accredited Dental Phobia Centre, with IV sedation for adults and inhalation sedation for children, and we take our time with every appointment. Getting to us from Middleton
From Middleton town centre, near the Middleton Shopping Centre, join the M60 at junction 19 and head west. Leave at junction 17 for Whitefield and Prestwich, then take Bury New Road (A56) north into Whitefield. Knowsley Road is off Bury New Road. If you prefer to avoid the motorway, you can drive via Heaton Park and Prestwich.
There is no direct tram from Middleton, so most of our Middleton patients drive.
Parking and accessibility
When you arrive, you can park for free in our car park, which has 12 spaces, or on the street nearby, with no parking charges or time limits to worry about. Our car park and entrance are wheelchair accessible, and patients with limited mobility can be treated in our ground-floor surgeries. We are not able to offer an accessible toilet, as our building is protected by a conservation order.
Registering as a new patient
You are welcome to register with us, even if you live a little further away. Book a new patient check-up online or by phone. It costs £73 and includes x-rays. We are not taking on new NHS patients at present. Our membership plan, from £21.17 a month, covers your routine examinations and hygienist visits.
